Tooth whitening
A brighter smile can make a noticeable difference in your overall appearance and confidence. Over time, teeth can become stained or discoloured due to coffee, tea, certain foods, smoking, aging, and other lifestyle factors. Professional tooth whitening is designed to safely improve the appearance of these stains and enhance the natural brightness of your smile.
At NVDI, we assess your teeth and oral health before recommending a whitening treatment that is appropriate for you. Professional whitening offers a controlled approach to improving tooth colour while considering your existing dental work and individual goals. Our team will also provide guidance on maintaining your results and keeping your smile looking fresh after treatment.
Porcelain veneers
Porcelain veneers are thin, custom-made shells designed to cover the front surface of selected teeth and enhance the overall appearance of your smile. They may be considered for teeth that are stained, chipped, worn, unevenly shaped, or affected by small gaps and other cosmetic concerns.
Each veneer is carefully planned to complement the colour, shape, proportion, and appearance of your surrounding teeth. At NVDI, treatment planning focuses on creating a natural-looking result that works with your individual smile and facial features. Veneers are bonded to the tooth surface and can be used to address a single tooth or as part of a more comprehensive smile transformation, depending on your cosmetic goals and oral health.
Dental bonding
Dental bonding is a conservative cosmetic treatment that can improve minor imperfections in the shape, size, colour, or surface of a tooth. It may be used to repair small chips and cracks, close minor spaces between teeth, reshape uneven edges, or improve the appearance of selected areas of your smile.
During treatment, a tooth-coloured composite resin is carefully applied to the tooth, shaped to achieve the desired appearance, and hardened using a specialized curing light. The material is then refined and polished to blend naturally with the surrounding teeth. Because every smile is different, our team evaluates your teeth and cosmetic goals to determine whether bonding or another treatment option is most appropriate for the result you're looking for.
Inlays and onlays
Inlays and onlays are custom-made dental restorations used to repair teeth that have experienced damage or decay beyond what may be suitable for a traditional filling but do not necessarily require a full dental crown. They are designed to restore the damaged portion of the tooth while preserving as much healthy natural tooth structure as possible.
An inlay generally fits within the chewing surface of the tooth, while an onlay can extend over one or more of the tooth's cusps when additional coverage is needed. Depending on your individual needs, these restorations can be created from durable materials selected to provide strength, function, and a natural appearance. Our team carefully evaluates the affected tooth to determine the most appropriate restorative approach.
BOTOX
Botox temporarily relaxes targeted muscles and can be used for both therapeutic and aesthetic purposes. At NVDI, Botox may help reduce jaw muscle tension, manage the effects of clenching and grinding, or make subtle refinements to your smile and facial appearance.

TMJ Botox
Ease jaw tension and reduce muscle activity.
Jaw tension, clenching, and teeth grinding can place significant strain on the muscles responsible for jaw movement. For some patients, this excessive muscle activity may contribute to jaw discomfort, facial tension, headaches, or ongoing wear on the teeth. TMJ Botox uses carefully placed injections to temporarily reduce activity in specific overactive jaw muscles. By relaxing these targeted muscles, treatment may help decrease muscle tension and reduce the force associated with excessive clenching or grinding while allowing normal jaw movement to continue. At NVDI, we begin by assessing your symptoms, jaw function, bite, and oral health. Because TMJ-related symptoms can have several different causes, Botox is recommended only when appropriate for your individual situation. Your treatment plan is tailored to your needs, with careful attention to dosage and placement.
Lip Flip
Subtle lip enhancement without added volume.
A Lip Flip is a subtle cosmetic treatment designed to enhance the appearance and definition of the upper lip without using dermal filler. A small amount of Botox is strategically placed around the muscles of the upper lip, temporarily relaxing their movement and allowing the lip to gently turn outward. Unlike lip filler, a Lip Flip does not add physical volume to the lips. Instead, it can make more of the natural upper lip visible, creating a slightly fuller and more defined appearance. It may appeal to patients looking for a conservative enhancement or those whose upper lip becomes less visible when smiling. At NVDI, treatment is planned around your natural lip shape, smile, facial proportions, and desired outcome. Our approach focuses on subtle changes that complement your existing features rather than dramatically changing your appearance.
Gummy Smile
Create a more balanced smile.
A gummy smile occurs when a larger amount of gum tissue is visible above the upper teeth while smiling. There can be several reasons for this appearance, including the position and movement of the upper lip. In cases where excessive upper-lip movement is a contributing factor, Botox may be considered as a minimally invasive treatment option. Small amounts of Botox are strategically placed into specific muscles responsible for lifting the upper lip. Temporarily reducing the activity of these muscles can limit how high the lip rises when smiling, which may reduce visible gum display and create a more balanced smile. Because excessive gum display can have different underlying causes, our team first evaluates your teeth, gums, lip movement, and smile proportions. This helps determine whether Botox is appropriate or whether another dental or cosmetic treatment would better address your concerns.
Aesthetic Botox
Soften expression lines while preserving natural movement.
Repeated facial movements such as smiling, frowning, squinting, and raising the eyebrows cause the muscles beneath the skin to contract. Over time, these repeated movements can contribute to visible expression lines in areas such as the forehead, between the eyebrows, and around the eyes. Aesthetic Botox works by temporarily reducing activity in carefully selected facial muscles. When appropriately planned and administered, treatment can soften the appearance of dynamic lines while maintaining natural facial expression and movement. At NVDI, aesthetic Botox is personalized to your facial anatomy rather than applied using a one-size-fits-all approach. During your consultation, we assess your facial movement, proportions, areas of concern, and aesthetic goals before developing a treatment plan. The focus is on subtle, balanced results that complement your natural features rather than creating an over-treated appearance.
